Khao man gai is Thailand's chicken rice: rice cooked in chicken stock, topped with poached chicken and served with a ginger and fermented-soybean sauce. Go-Ang, an old Pratunam shop, made the Michelin Bib Gourmand lists in 2021 and 2022 with exactly that plate. Plates come out fast, with a bowl of chicken broth alongside. You can switch to fried chicken or go half and half. The line looks long but moves fast.
