The kitchen in this converted shophouse serves Isan flavours without softening them for Bangkok tastes. There are more than a dozen papaya salad variations, each pounded to order. Most tables add the deep-fried chicken thighs and the marinated grilled pork. The heat is real, so say "mai phet" if you want it mild. The place has also appeared in the Michelin Guide Bangkok.
