You reach it down a lane barely wide enough for one person off Seminyak's main drag. Dark timber, a gun logo and a room full of espresso-machine noise: this is where Revolver started, and it now has branches across Bali and even at the airport. Coffee is Australian style, flat whites and piccolos. Brunch from 7 a.m., burgers and cocktails by evening.
