A rib joint that started in 1995 as a tin-roofed roadside warung in Ubud. Ribs go on the grill out front, get dunked in a tub of barbecue sauce, then go back on, over and over; the smoke drifts into the street before you see the sign. The sweet-salty glaze is a big hit with visitors, so it turns up on nearly every Ubud food list. Walls crammed with framed photos, shared tables, plenty of noise. The martinis have a following too.
