This is the lowest of the Lempuyang temples, one of Bali's nine directional sanctuaries. At the edge of its courtyard stands a white split gate, a candi bentar, and Mount Agung, Bali's highest peak, fills the gap. The 'water reflection' in the famous photos isn't water: a local photographer holds a mirror under your phone's lens. You get a queue number on arrival and, when called, the photographer shoots a few poses. While you wait, climb the white staircase with its huge carved dragon balustrades to the temple proper.
