Ozone's biggest Auckland site doubles as its New Zealand roastery. Beans are roasted on one side while the big hall serves espresso, V60, siphon and Aeropress. Brunch leans away from the usual eggs benedict, with plates like wagyu on focaccia or granola. Beans are sold by the bag to take home.
