On Level 2 of Commercial Bay with a view over the Waitemata Harbour. Fire is the centre of the cooking and the produce comes from New Zealand growers and producers; dishes are labelled with where each ingredient is from. Snapper carpaccio, lamb on coals and an Auckland Island scampi corndog come up most. It has appeared on Metro's Top 50 across several years.
