A deli and eatery built on the cured meats of the Karamanli, Greek Orthodox families from Cappadocia. Sausages and pastourma (spice-crusted air-dried beef) hang in the counter and get sliced straight onto your table. Order grilled little sausages, sheep's cheese and a carafe of tsipouro, and graze slowly. Being next to the market, it stays busy at lunch and dinner.
