An indoor food hall inside De Hallen, a converted brick tram depot. Nineteen stands ring the room and you sit wherever there's space at the long shared tables. There's Indonesian street food (Toko Bumbu), ramen, dim sum, tacos, North Sea fish (Mer du Nord) and French pastries, so a group with clashing tastes can all eat. Plenty of people just grab a Dutch beer and bitterballen at the bar. It closes one day a year: Christmas.
