Past the yellow façade, the garden runs in a straight line of flowerbeds to the Neptune Fountain, with the white arches of the Gloriette on the hill beyond. Inside, the rooms used by Emperor Franz Joseph and Empress Sisi follow one after another, and the audio guide in the ticket keeps you on track. The gardens are free, so plenty of people skip the palace and just climb to the Gloriette. It's about 20 minutes uphill from the fountain, and from the top you see over the palace roof to the whole city.
