An osteria said to date back to the 1800s. At the bar, locals knock back one polpetta (fried meatball) and a glass of wine standing up; the back tables fill with travellers eating pasta. The polpette are crisp outside with a soft meat-and-potato centre, and one is a decent snack on its own.
