A Fukuoka-style tonkotsu shop with one of the longest queues on Robson Street's ramen row. You get an order sheet to tick noodle thickness and firmness, broth richness and spice level. The Classic with the heat turned up is a popular order. A good bowl when you're tired of heavy North American food, and there's bar seating for solo diners.
