In a narrow shop on Spadina, the folders at the back never seem to stop. A plate is ten dumplings, boiled, steamed or pan-fried as you choose. Pork and chive sells best; beef and celery or chicken and mushroom are there for a change. Dunk them in soy and vinegar and the juice runs. Expect a line at the door at lunch and dinner.
