Chef Nuit Regular's northern Thai kitchen. Down the stairs is a dim basement full of wooden signs and bright knick-knacks. Khao soi, coconut curry broth with soft and crispy noodles, is what made the name, and Chef Nuit's pad thai sells just as fast. Listed as Recommended in the 2026 Michelin Guide Toronto. People also tend to mention the portions are far bigger than in Thailand.
