A grill chain built on ribs slow-cooked for six hours and then finished over the flame. The Circular Quay branch sits upstairs in the Gateway building facing the ferry wharves, so it's easy after the Opera House. A half rack (600 g) feeds two; a full rack (1 kg) stretches to three. Dinner slots fill early, so book ahead. South African boerewors sausage is on the side menu.
