The hawker centre made famous by Crazy Rich Asians. After dark the seafood stalls fire up and the smell of sambal stingray grilled on banana leaf mixes with chilli crab. The best-known stall is Alliance Seafood at #01-27, a 2026 Bib Gourmand: choose chilli, black pepper or salted egg sauce, and reviewers keep saying not to miss the cereal butter prawns. It is where you come for chilli crab without the restaurant bill.
