A small bar with one red lantern at the door. Inside: crimson walls, leather booths and old-Shanghai lighting, plus a garden out back. The Singapore Sling (Raffles recipe, they say) and the Indochine Martini with ginger-cognac liqueur are the signatures, and there are Chinese bites like duck pancakes.
