The shop says every bowl of samgyetang takes three days. The chicken is steamed in a siru so it stays moist, and the broth simmers for 24 hours. You choose the topping when you order: pine nut, mung bean or mugwort. Braised chicken and roast chicken are on the menu too. It joined the Bib Gourmand list in 2026.
