Across from the Norbesa building with the Ferris wheel on its roof, a narrow staircase leads up into a cloud of spice. Thin curry broth comes loaded with whole roasted vegetables, potato, pumpkin, carrot, and the signature 'pari-pari Shiretoko chicken' arrives crisp-skinned on a skewer. Choose your broth (house, squid ink or shrimp), spice level (ten steps) and rice size. Dip spoonfuls of rice into the soup, Sapporo style.
