Fira to Oia in a day

For anyone with a single day from a cruise ship or an Athens day flight. Fira cliff path and cable car in the morning, then the bus to Oia for a harbour-side sunset at Ammoudi.

Cliff walk, then the south

Day one: drop your bags in Firostefani and walk the caldera path all the way to Oia. Day two: rent a car and loop the south — ruins, Red Beach, a winery.

Three days from Fira

Base in Fira and do it all by bus. Volcano boat, the cliff walk to Oia, and a last day through the hill village and a winery, ending on Kamari beach near the airport.
