Address
A rocky headland reached by steps down from Agios Georgios church in Imerovigli

Imerovigli is a quiet village on the highest stretch of the caldera rim. The dark red rock jutting into the sea in front of it is Skaros, which in the Middle Ages carried a fortified town that served as the island's capital. Only traces of wall remain, but follow the steps down and round the back of the rock and you find the white Theoskepasti chapel clinging to the cliff end. Look back from the rock and Imerovigli and Fira line the cliff top behind you. Just remember the whole way back is uphill.
