White cave rooms are stacked down the Oia cliff, with an infinity pool jutting out toward the sea between them. Terraces face the caldera and the sunset side, which is the whole reason most people book. Breakfast is included and served with that view, and reviews keep bringing it up. The catch: it's the middle of Oia, so the lanes jam with sunset crowds every evening.
