The Vienna Sacher's café in its Salzburg riverside hotel. A slice of Original Sacher-Torte (€11.50) comes with a big dollop of whipped cream. The riverside terrace looks straight across the Salzach to Hohensalzburg Fortress. Open until 22:00 with breakfast and full meals, so it works for an evening dessert too.
