Step downstairs and the stone walls and hearth of a Viking-age longhouse sit right there in the floor. It turned up during construction and was left exactly where it lay. Screens show how the house looked inside, and cases hold the tools dug out of the site. It is small, but knowing a thousand-year-old home sits under a downtown street makes it hit harder than you expect.
