The golden dome and mosaic facade pop out right beside the Powder Tower. The semicircular mosaic above the entrance is practically the face of Art Nouveau Prague. A guided tour takes you through Smetana Hall and the Mayor's Hall, each with its own ceiling and light fittings. Tour times change by date, so book ahead. The historic cafe inside is open for a coffee too.
