Maison Boutet was first a timber factory and later a chocolate factory on rue Faidherbe. The hotel now has 80 rooms and suites, eight with terraces, plus a spa with pool, sauna and hammam. It works well for an east-of-the-Marais stay focused on Bastille and Faubourg Saint-Antoine.
