Right next to Kaiyukan, this wheel stands 112.5 metres tall and 100 metres across. A turn takes about 15 minutes, with Osaka Bay out of one window and the city out of the other; on a clear day you can see as far as the Akashi Kaikyo Bridge and toward Kansai Airport. Eight of the 60 gondolas are see-through right down to the floor, with their own queue that adds about 20 minutes. One reviewer rode it in pouring rain, found no queue at all and loved the sound of rain on the cabin.
