The red wheel on top of the HEP FIVE mall, boarded from the 7th floor, right in the middle of Umeda. The top of the ride is about 106 metres up, so for roughly 15 minutes the Umeda towers slide past below, and on a clear day you can pick out Osaka Castle and Mount Ikoma. Cabins are heated and air-conditioned and have Bluetooth speakers for your own playlist. Last boarding is 10:45pm, which makes it an easy after-dinner add-on.
