Nice itineraries
Market, Old Town, Hill
Start with a slice of socca at the flower market, then walk it all: old-town lanes, Castle Hill, the port and the seafront. If it's your first time in Nice, this one loop gives you the shape of the city.
Nice, Then Èze and Monaco
Day one is slow: sea and lanes from a base in the old town. Day two takes the bus up to clifftop Èze, drops down to Monaco and comes back by train. The widest slice of the Riviera you can get from one night.
Museums, Coast Path, Cannes
Day one: Matisse and Chagall up on Cimiez hill. Day two: walk the coast from Mont Boron down to Villefranche. Day three: Antibes and Cannes by train. Nice is the base and each day heads out in a different direction.
