After dark, walk toward Tran Phu and rows of stalls light up under strings of bulbs. It's mostly souvenirs, rattan bags, dried mango, coffee beans, elephant-print trousers, pearl trinkets, with grilled seafood and fruit stalls smoking away at one end. It's small enough to loop in half an hour, which is exactly right for a stroll after dinner with the sea breeze.
