The go-to name for Nha Trang grilled beef, using the same marinade for more than 40 years. Square-cut beef marinated in honey and spices goes onto a little clay charcoal stove on your table and you grill it yourself. Wrap it in lettuce, herbs, onion and cucumber; to finish, drag a piece of baguette through the leftover marinade and toast it on the coals. It's smoky and plain inside, so don't expect polish.
