Walk in and a staffer hands each person a paper ticket. Queue at a counter marked CUTTER, where the carver slices steaming pastrami by hand and drops a sample on your plate while you wait. The sandwich stacks close to a pound of meat on rye, and most people say one is plenty for two. A sign hangs over the table where 'When Harry Met Sally' was filmed, and people hunt for it.
