A bakery-café started by three young bakers that now defines Milan's modern breakfast. Naturally leavened brioche, filled with pistachio cream or jam, alongside a cappuccino is the default. Locals with laptops share long wooden tables in a workshop-like room. In winter, people come for the house panettone.
