A café-brasserie from the 1920s where, the house says, painter Jacques Majorelle used to sit with General Lyautey. New owners took over in 2005 and had Studio KO restore it, keeping the wooden staircase, shutters and ceiling fans. The food is straight French brasserie: onion soup, Burgundy snails, aged beef. Breakfast includes a 65-dirham set of orange juice and two Moroccan crêpes, handy before Majorelle Garden.
