Three sisters started Razon's as a small stall in Guagua, Pampanga in 1972 and brought it to Metro Manila in 2003. Where most halo-halo piles on a dozen toppings, theirs uses just three: macapuno coconut, saba banana and leche flan, folded into finely shaved ice and milk. Fewer things means each one tastes clear, and it's less sweet. They also serve Pampanga noodles such as pancit luglug and palabok.
