The soft, unfried wrapper is packed with vegetables, then finished with peanut sauce and sugar crystals before rolling, so every bite crunches with sugar between the greens. Add a bowl of misua noodles or thick maki soup and it's a rainy-day lunch. It was still on a February 2026 Chinese New Year crawl.
