The air-conditioned halls run through a string of small diorama scenes: traders stepping off galleons, migrants before a Spanish governor, Chinese Filipinos in the revolution. Walk it in order and a bowl of noodles in Binondo starts to make more sense. It is also a cool place to drop into when Intramuros wears you out.
