Fountains dance to music on the big lake out front, and above them the SkyCab, six-seat cabins dressed up with dragons, crosses the water and drops into the hotel gardens. There is commentary inside the cabin, and if a show starts you get the water jets right under your feet. The lobby has giant seasonal flower displays that people come specifically to photograph. It works as a stroll even if you never shop or gamble.
