A chop house in a Soho basement that used to be a strip club. Weekdays it's skinny beef, pork and lamb chops off the coals; on Sundays the menu is swapped out for roasts only: giant Yorkshire pudding, duck-fat potatoes, seasonal veg and as much gravy as you want. Ask around for a Sunday roast in London and this is often the first name.
