The diamond-shaped 'Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas' sign from every movie actually stands in the middle of the road at the south end of the Strip. There's a small car park in the median, and people queue to take turns at the front. Blue sky by day and blinking bulbs at night give you two different photos. Elvis impersonators hang around offering to pose with you.
