An open-air pedestrian street from the Strip to the foot of the High Roller. In-N-Out, big chain pubs, dessert shops and souvenir stores line both sides, with the wheel looming at the end. After hours in casinos it's a breath of outside air, and most people use it for dinner before or after the wheel. Next door, the Flamingo's garden has real flamingos.
