A Vietnamese kitchen in a Decatur Boulevard strip mall, well away from the Strip. The menu leans central and southern, so rice-batter dishes like banh xeo, mi quang and banh cuon keep coming out. The pho broth is said to simmer for 20 hours. It made the Bib Gourmand list in the first Michelin Guide Southwest in August 2026.
