This is Las Vegas before the Strip. Five blocks of old casinos like the Golden Nugget and Four Queens sit under a huge LED canopy, Viva Vision, which plays light-and-music shows overhead after dark. SlotZilla zipliners scream past beneath it, and live bands play on stages down the middle until late. Street performers and people in costumes make it chaotic, and that's the point.
