Around the Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Sultan Ismail junction, where Pavilion, Lot 10 and Fahrenheit 88 sit

This is KL's busiest junction. People sit on the fountain steps outside Pavilion, and every time the lights change a wave of shopping bags pours across the diagonal crossing. One block back are foot-massage parlours and the Jalan Alor food street; up the hill, Changkat Bukit Bintang is lined with bars. Walk it once and you'll see why so many visitors base themselves here.
