Possibly the first shop to sell papaya milk in Kaohsiung; some say it opened in 1966, when a cup cost NT$3. Papaya and milk are blended without water, so it's thick and sweet. It opens from 7 a.m. until late, catching everyone from breakfast regulars to the post-night-market crowd.
