It opens at 8am and closes at 4:30pm, a kalguksu shop in Jungmun. The noodles come in a murky green broth of sea snails, and the sea smell hits before the first spoonful. Tot bomal kalguksu is the signature, with sea urchin noodles, abalone porridge and dumplings alongside. Lines are common.
