The braised hairtail arrives with a whole grilled one on the side. The braise is spicy, and the grilled fish is plump and nicely salted. Sea urchin seaweed soup and grilled tilefish fill out the table. It sits in Seongsan, not Jeju city, so it slots in easily on the way to Seongsan Ilchulbong.
