A Van-style kahvaltı, the big breakfast from the eastern city of Van. Order the two-person set and small plates crowd the table: several cheeses, olives, tomato and cucumber, kaymak (clotted cream) under honey, jams, an egg dish and bread, with çay topped up as you go.
