An ice-cream chain from Kahramanmaraş in the south-east, known for stretchy dondurma made with goat's milk and salep (orchid-root flour). Inside, most people order kesme, ice cream cut from the block and plated; in March 2026 two slabs with two mini baklava cost 404 lira. They also do warm künefe with melted cheese. The Tünel branch sits at the bottom of İstiklal, on the way to Galata Tower.
