A few burger counters line one corner of Taksim Square; this is the one usually called the original. The star is the ıslak burger: small buns soaked in garlicky tomato sauce, stacked in a glass steam box until soft and damp. In June 2026 a plain one cost 130 lira and 150 with cheese. It stays open past 5 a.m., so it's the late-night snack stop.
